Surpass Expectations

Evolution Leadership Group LLC was founded in 2019 by Shareef Valentine, a US Army Veteran, activist, conflict resolution and communication expert. Shareef has extensive experience in program development, program management, executive mentorship, strategic planning, community mediation and dialogue, employment mediation, Racial Justice and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion coaching and training. He has spent years working in labor relations on both the union and management side of the table. This gives ELG an edge in dealing with all around organizational issues.
